Mint and lily location3/1/2024 Why is it that when there is a large sale this company apparently can't handle the influx of purchases during a holiday season? Your company either needs to hire more associates strictly for customer service purposes, have a few people designated to only answering emails, or close your shop temporarily to catch up on the influx of orders. The sad part is that my significant other purchased a bracelet from this company prior to my purchases and had no issue. I demanded a refund and they actually cancelled the second order I never received and I got my money back. The second time was from a different rep following up with my order. The first response I received the customer service rep said that they would look into the details of my order and they never got back to me. This company is notorious for being sporadic with answering emails regarding anything to do with your order. Why is it that I easily received the first purchase and not the second when they were ordered a day apart? I ended up contacting their customer service email twice, once in late January and early February. I purchased both of them a day apart after getting a coupon code for a second purchase. I ordered two customized necklaces around Black Friday of last year. I’m not one to do reviews much at all because I try to give retailers a chance to right their wrong but at this point, they could never get me to spend another nickel with them! That’s how I was fooled! Now, all of these reviews TRULY speak to my experience with this company. ![]() If you looked at their website like I did, you’ll see all 5 star ratings with so many happy customers. If you value your time and a real commitment from a TRUE online retailer who stands behind their word and products, THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY TO SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH!!! Move on and do more research with a different company. ![]() Once they take your money, you’re on their time. The worst part is that they don’t even offer a customer service number that you can call and I can see it’s because of situations like mine and apparently so many others that they don’t want to hear from the customer. It WAS a Valentine’s Day gift and since the website stated 1-3 weeks for personalized orders to be delivered, I assumed I would be good but boy was I wrong! As of this Saturday, it will be six weeks since I placed my order and all they can tell me is that it’s processing. I ordered two items from this company on 1/16/21 and have yet to receive anything other than emails about how they are here to help.
